Miscellaneous Information:

  • At this time our systems do not allow us to accept any gift cards purchased in the Apricot Lane brick and mortar stores. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences this may cause!
  • Only one coupon code is valid per order.
  • Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered may have become out of stock and no longer available. In the event that happens you will receive a full refund along with a refund notification.

Return Policy:

We really hope you love your items you ordered, but just in case you aren’t happy with something here is everything you need to know about returning! 

      • Not all items may allow for returns. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check each vendor’s return policy before making any return requests.

      • All return requests must be made within seven (7) business days of receipt via “Orders” on the buyer’s account page. We have the right to decline return requests that are made after seven (7) business days of receipt.

      • Buyers must return the item within seven (7) days of receiving the return shipping label.

      • Buyers must be able to explain the reason for their return to the best of their ability.

      • Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.

      • Returned items must be sent in with the shipping label provided by the vendor. Any other methods of return will NOT be accepted.

      • Buyers may NOT place credit card disputes or chargebacks without first communicating with the seller

      • All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable. 
      • We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
      • Per USPS/UPS/FedEx, returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations can take up to 30 days or more to be sent back to the sender.To avoid long wait times and potential manual errors, any package that is returned to Trendsi or has tracking status "return to sender" or "undeliverable" will automatically be refunded. Once refunded, you can place an order again for your customer.

NO RETURN: This item is non-returnable and non- exchangeable. However, if the item delivered by vendor is either incorrect or damaged, buyers shall notify the vendor within seven (7) business days of receipt via “Orders” on the buyer’s account page. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.

RETURNS ACCEPTED: If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made via “Orders” on the buyer’s account page within seven (7) business days of receipt and a refund will be issued. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.

FREE RETURN: If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a refund request may be made via “Orders” on the buyer’s account page within seven (7) business days of receipt and a refund will be issued. The cost of the shipping label to return the eligible item(s) shall be paid by the vendor. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.
